We charge separately for management and media.

Our management fee includes our creative services and the planning and buying of media.

Our media fee is neutral - we just pass on the costs.

BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCE

Creativity is the only lever left to pull in digital advertising. We can't ask the technology and the media to work any harder.

We apply findings from behavioural science, the study of decision making, to improve our creative process, helping us deliver advertising that people find so interesting that they go on to buy the product.

NEUTRAL MEDIA BUYING

When we say that our media buying is neutral, all we mean is that we don't mark it up.

Being neutral-thinking planners, we always act impartially, meaning we plan and buy the campaign that's best for our clients.

Silence is a Pledge 1% company which means we give 1% of our time, money and product to charity.

As part of this pledge, we produced Look Up, a pop-up record and bookshop curated by DJ Giles Peterson that raised money for the mental health charity Safaplace.

We've also supported The Big House, a theatre company working with young people who've been in care, and Refuge, the domestic violence charity.
