Emerald Life engages customers with real-life stories
Insurance company Emerald Life launched an engagement campaign this week to promote their products for the LGBT community.

You’ll see that it includes information about multiple products, a newsletter sign-up box and multiple links to the website, prompting people to get a quote.
We’ve also used video that includes interviews with customers.
“I really like the idea of being able to phone up an insurance company and not have to think about whether I come out on the telephone call,” explains one customer.
Warrick, who produced this campaign, had this to say: “It was essential that we only targeted the LGBT community with this creative – we used a combination of audience, contextual and keyword targeting to get the best results”.
